Today, three of our incredible senior athletes — Isobella Davoren, Trelise Chote, and Amelie Pearson — are heading to the Gold Coast to represent New Zealand at the Battle of the Tasman 2025!

This prestigious event brings together top youth and pathway athletes from NZ and Australia for two days of intense pool rescue, ocean, and beach competition — all designed to mirror the Lifesaving World Champs format. It’s a huge step on the international stage, and we’re beyond proud to see Papamoa represented at High Performance level for the first time in years! 

A massive shoutout to their coach Jake Cowdrey, who’s also part of the national high performance coaching team this season. We’re behind you all the way and can’t wait to follow your journey!
