Junior Surf Prizegiving Wrap‑Up

We recently wrapped up another fantastic Junior Surf season with our annual prizegiving, celebrating the effort, growth and achievements of all our young members.

It has been a great season on the beach, with plenty of highlights along the way — from a memorable Santa visit before Christmas, to hosting the Mount nippers crew for a joint session, and finishing the season with an epic Club Champs.

Most importantly, it’s been wonderful to see the confidence and skills of our junior members grow throughout the season. Junior Surf is all about helping kids develop ocean awareness, build confidence in the water, support their teammates, and start the journey toward becoming the next generation of lifeguards for our club.

A huge thank you goes to our incredible coaches who give their time, energy and enthusiasm each week to support the kids in the water. We are also grateful to our Junior Surf committee, BBQ volunteers and all the parents who help make the programme possible week in and week out.

Congratulations to all of our award recipients, and well done to every Junior Surf member who showed courage, determination and a willingness to give things a go this season. To see you up on stage so proud of your awards was epic!
