ROOKIES - LIFEGUARDS IN TRAINING

Our Rookie Junior Lifeguard Programme provides a vital bridge between Junior Surf and Lifeguarding. It is an educational programme that introduces children aged 13-14 to a higher level of lifeguarding skills such as first aid, CPR, communication and patrolling requirements. Ultimately, growing them into our lifeguards of the future.

Although many of our Rookies come through from Junior Surf, previous participation in Junior Surf activities is not required.
