Please note:

• Viewings of the venue are by appointment only.
• There is no BYO alcohol at the club.
• If bar service is required, we need at least 4 weeks notice to arrange the licence for this.
• All events which include a bar service must also include substantial catering, e.g. a full sit down meal or full buffet service.
• We do not hire out the venue for birthday parties, engagement or anniversary parties, hen or stag parties. 
• Venue hire is not available over the Christmas and New Year period or Public Holidays.

The Pāpāmoa Surf Life Saving Club is a volunteer based, not for profit charitable organisation dedicated to keeping people safe and preventing drowning and injury on Pāpāmoa beach. All funds raised through our venue hire go directly to delivering on this goal for the Pāpāmoa community.
