Quiz Night Success

The Papamoa surf club was packed out last Saturday night with 250 people attending our big annual Quiz Night. The night raised over $10,000! with the money going to support our senior surf sports team at the New Zealand Surf Life Saving Championships in Mount Maunganui in March next year and The Aussies on the Sunshine Coast in April. 

A massive THANK YOU to everyone who came along and supported the night buying raffle tickets, playing the balloon pop game and bidding on our silent and live auctions. The team really appreciate the support. 

And of course THANK YOU to our local businesses who donated prizes and auction items - the night wouldn’t be such a huge success without your support. If you have the opportunity to support those who support us, please do! 

We would like to say THANK YOU to the office team, athletes and parents who helped organise such a great event and make sure it ran smoothly on the night. A special mention for our MC Ross Edwards for doing such a stellar job on the mic.
