Calling all Surf Boat Crew

Are you a current lifeguard or a past lifeguard willing to refresh and looking to do something a bit different this summer? 

We have a surf boat at the Pāpāmoa Surf Club which hasn’t been raced for over 5 years and is taking up valuable space in our gear shed. We’d love to see a crew get together and race the boat.

If we don’t get a crew together who are ready to starting training in October, the boat will be sold. Please note there is no coaching available for this so you will need to be familiar with boat racing and what’s required.
